Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 300 g chicken fillets
- 200 g fresh vegetables (e.g., broccoli, carrots, bell pepper)
- 150 g rice
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 dl cream
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (e.g., parsley, basil)
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the onion and garlic.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
3. Add the chicken fillets to the pan and cook until they are golden brown.
4. Add the chopped vegetables to the pan and sauté for a few more minutes.
5. Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
6. Pour the cream into the pan and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
7. Serve the chicken and vegetable mixture over the cooked rice.
8. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
