- 800 g potatoes - 2 dl rapeseed oil
- 1 tsp salt

Instructions:
1. Peel and cut the potatoes into long strips. 2. Rinse the potato strips in cold water and dry them thoroughly.
3. Heat the rapeseed oil in a large pot or frying pan.
4. Fry the potato strips in the oil for about 5-7 minutes, until they are golden brown and crispy.
