A delicious pasta dish with creamy sauce, fresh vegetables, and a hint of basil.

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 250 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or penne)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 200 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 100 ml cream
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Fresh basil, for garnish
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water until al dente. Drain and reserve a bit of the cooking water.
2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until soft.
3. Add the crushed garlic and diced bell pepper, and continue to sauté for a few minutes.
4. Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the pan and cook until they soften and begin to caramelize.
5. Pour the cream into the pan and mix well. Season with salt and black pepper.
6. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce. If needed, add a little reserved cooking water to help the sauce coat the pasta evenly.
7. Serve the pasta topped with fresh basil and grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
