Ingredients:

- 300 g pasta (e.g., tagliatelle)
- 200 g fresh mushrooms
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 100 g spinach
- 2 cloves garlic
- 50 g Parmesan cheese
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente.
2. Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves. Slice the mushrooms and halve the cherry tomatoes.
3. Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
4. Add the mushrooms to the pan and cook until they are golden brown.
5. Add the cherry tomatoes and spinach to the pan, cooking until the spinach has wilted.
6. Toss the cooked pasta with the vegetables in the pan. Season with salt and black pepper.
7. Grate the Parmesan cheese over the dish and mix well.
8. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
