Ingredients:

- 400 g fresh salmon
- 200 ml sour cream
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 500 g potatoes
- 200 g green beans
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Boil the potatoes in salted water in a pot for about 15-20 minutes or until tender. Drain and keep warm.
2. Cook the green beans in boiling water for about 3-4 minutes until they are bright green. Drain and rinse under cold water.
3. Cut the salmon into portions and season with salt and pepper. Sauté the salmon fillets in a hot pan with olive oil for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
4. In a bowl, mix together the sour cream, lemon juice, dill, and mustard.
5. Serve the sautéed salmon with potatoes and green beans. Drizzle the sour cream sauce over the top and enjoy!
