Ingredients:

- Potatoes (e.g., starchy potatoes)

- Fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions:

1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin strips.
2. Rinse the potato strips in cold water and dry them thoroughly.
3. Heat the oil in a deep frying pan or in the oven at 200°C (400°F).
4. Fry the potato strips in the oil until golden brown and crispy.
5. Remove the fries and place them on paper towels to absorb any excess oil.
