Ingredients:

- 8 slices of bread (e.g., sandwich bread)
- 300 g pulled chicken
- 100 g cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter for frying
- Salad (e.g., romaine lettuce, tomato, cucumber)

Instructions:

1. Heat a pan over medium heat and add a bit of butter.
2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise and mustard. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Spread the mayo mixture on one side of each slice of bread.
4. Place pulled chicken and cheese slices between two pieces of bread.
5. Fry the toasts in the pan on both sides until the bread is golden brown and the cheese has melted.
6. Serve the toasts with a side salad.
