Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate - 200 g butter
- 4 eggs
- 300 g palm or cane sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp potato flour
- 100 g Nutella
Instructions:
1. Line a springform pan with parchment paper, allowing excess to hang over the sides. 2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a double boiler.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the palm or cane sugar and eggs until fluffy.
4. Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture while stirring continuously.
5. Sift the potato flour into the batter and mix well.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan, then drop spoonfuls of Nutella on top of the batter.
7. Bake in the middle of a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for about 25-30 minutes, until the center is slightly jiggly.
8. Allow to cool completely, dust with powdered sugar, and enjoy.
