Serving Size: 16 pieces
Ingredients:
- 1.5 dl bread flour (or all-purpose flour) - 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 mm salt
- 1 dl plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp dried nettle or cheese shavings
- Milk for brushing
- Seeds and cheese shavings for garnish
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, and salt. 2. Measure and pour yogurt, olive oil, and nettle powder (you can soak the nettle in yogurt beforehand) into the center of the bowl.
3. Make a second dough and season it with cheese shavings.
4. Turn the doughs onto a floured surface and shape them into balls.
5. Flatten the differently colored dough balls, stack them on top of each other, and roll them into one large circle.
6. Cut the dough into 16 narrow wedges.
7. Place cheese at the wide end of each wedge and roll towards the center of the circle.
8. Transfer the horns to a parchment-lined baking tray, brush them with milk, and sprinkle remaining cheese shavings and seeds on top.
9. Bake at 225°C (437°F) for 10-15 minutes until the horns are beautifully colored.
