A hearty and flavorful dish featuring cabbage, minced beef, and carrots. Perfect for a comforting meal.

Ingredients:
- Half a head of white cabbage
- 400 g minced beef
- 1 tsp oil
- A couple of onions
- Plenty of garlic
- 4-5 carrots
- Black pepper
- White pepper
- A couple of beef bouillon cubes
- Marjoram
- Chili seasoning
Instructions:
1. Finely chop the onions and garlic. Peel and slice the carrots.
2. Heat the oil in a large pan and add the onions and garlic. Sauté for a few minutes.
3. Add the minced beef to the pan and brown it thoroughly.
4. Cut the cabbage into strips and add it to the pan.
5. Add the carrots and mix all the ingredients well.
6. Season the mixture with black pepper, white pepper, marjoram, and chili seasoning.
7. Crumble the beef bouillon cubes into the mixture and add a bit of water to ensure even cooking.
8. Let the pot simmer on low heat for about 30-40 minutes, until the cabbage and carrots are tender.
9. Serve warm, preferably with mashed potatoes.
