A hearty meat and cabbage stew that's perfect for a cozy meal.

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 450 g ground pork and beef
- 1/2 small cabbage
- 1 onion
- 2 carrots
- 1/2 medium rutabaga
- 1/2 package Koskenlaskija cheese
- Spices (e.g., salt, pepper, herbs)
Instructions:
1. Finely chop the onion and sauté it in oil in a pan.
2. Add the ground pork and beef to the pan and brown it.
3. Chop the cabbage, carrots, and rutabaga into small pieces.
4. Add the vegetables to the pan and mix well.
5. Pour enough water over the mixture to cover the ingredients.
6. Season with salt, pepper, and your choice of herbs.
7. Let the pot simmer on low heat for about 30-40 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
8. Finally, add the Koskenlaskija cheese and stir until melted.
9. Serve hot!
