A comforting cabbage stew with ground meat and vegetables. Preparation Time: 50 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 head of cabbage
- 400 g ground meat
- 1-2 onions
- 4-5 carrots
- 1 meat or vegetable bouillon cube
- 1-2 tablespoons syrup
- Oil or butter
Instructions:
1. Chop the onions and sauté them in oil or butter in a large pot.
2. Add the ground meat and brown it well.
3. Cut the cabbage and carrots into small pieces, then add them to the pot.
4. Pour in enough water to cover the ingredients and add the bouillon cube.
5. Stir in the syrup and mix well.
6. Allow the stew to simmer on low heat for about 30-40 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
7. Serve warm and enjoy!
