A delicious and comforting baked dish made with layers of potatoes, salmon, and a creamy egg mixture. Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 60 minutes
Serving Size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 8-10 potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 300 g skinless salmon fillets, cut into strips
- 1-2 onions, chopped
- Approximately ½ liter of milk
- 2 eggs
- 1½-2 teaspoons of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
2. Peel and slice the potatoes, then layer them in a baking dish.
3. Add the chopped onions and salmon strips on top of the potatoes.
4. In a bowl, crack the eggs and mix in the milk and salt until well combined.
5. Pour the egg-milk mixture over the potato and salmon layers.
6. Bake in the oven for about 45-60 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
7. Allow the casserole to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
