A hearty and comforting dish made with cabbage, carrots, and ground meat, perfect for family dinners. Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Serving Size: 6 servings
Ingredients:
- 1000 g white cabbage
- 3 carrots
- 1 onion
- 400 g ground beef and pork
- 1 tbsp syrup
- 3 dl sweetened lingonberry puree
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- Water
Instructions:
1. Slice the white cabbage into strips and cut the carrots into sticks.
2. Peel and finely chop the onion.
3. In a large pot, brown the ground meat in its own fat.
4. Add the chopped onion to the meat and sauté until softened.
5. Add the cabbage and carrots to the pot and mix well.
6. Pour in the syrup, sweetened lingonberry puree, salt, and black pepper.
7. Add enough water to cover the ingredients and stir.
8. Allow the pot to simmer on low heat for about 30-40 minutes, until the cabbage and carrots are tender.
9. Serve warm.
