A delightful dish combining flavors and fun, perfect for enjoying with friends. Preparation time is about 30 minutes and serves four.Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 200 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 150 g spinach
- 100 g feta cheese, crumbled
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and reserve some pasta water.
2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about one minute.
3. Add cherry tomatoes to the pan and cook until they start to soften, about 5 minutes.
4. Stir in the spinach and mix until it wilts.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and mix well. If the mixture is too dry, add a little reserved pasta water.
6. Season with salt and pepper. Add crumbled feta cheese and stir to combine.
7. Serve immediately topped with fresh basil.
