A stunning and impressive cut of beef, the tomahawk steak is perfect for celebrations or grilling. This ribeye cap is juicy and flavorful, requiring minimal seasoning to let its natural taste shine.

Serving Size: 2-4 people

Ingredients:

- 1 tomahawk steak (approximately 1-2 kg)
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Olive oil (optional)

Instructions:

1. Take the tomahawk steak out of the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking.
2. Generously season the steak with salt and black pepper on both sides. Optionally, brush the meat with a little olive oil for added flavor.
3. Preheat the grill or skillet to high heat.
4. Sear the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side until a beautiful brown crust forms.
5. Reduce the heat and continue cooking the steak for another 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches your desired doneness (medium rare is about 56°C).
6. Remove the steak from the heat and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
7. Slice the steak into thin pieces and serve immediately.
