A stunning and juicy beef steak, perfect for kicking off the grilling season. This large steak serves 4-6 and is best enjoyed medium-rare.

Serving Size: 4-6 people

Ingredients:

- 1 beef Tomahawk Steak (about 1.3 kg)
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions:

1. Remove the Tomahawk steak from its packaging and pat it dry. Let it sit at room temperature for about 1 hour.
2. Rub olive oil, a little salt, and freshly ground black pepper onto the surface of the steak. Allow it to marinate at room temperature for another hour.
3. Preheat the grill to the highest setting.
4. Grill the steak over high direct heat for about 5 minutes on each side.
5. Move the steak to a cooler, indirect heat area of the grill and continue cooking for about 10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches your desired doneness.
6. Transfer the steak to a foil wrap, season with additional salt and black pepper, and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
7. Slice the steak thinly and serve.
