Ingredients:
- 2 tsp sugar - 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp hot water
- A pinch of crushed dried chili
- 2 tsp fish sauce (nam pla)
- 2 tsp cooking oil
- 200 g nori sheets
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- Rice paper wrappers
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp honey apple cider vinegar
- 50 g lettuce leaves
- 200 g chicken breast, diced
Instructions:
1. Prepare the dipping sauce by mixing sugar, soy sauce, hot water, crushed chili, fish sauce, and cooking oil in a bowl. Stir well and set aside.2. Heat a pan with a little oil and add the crushed garlic. Sauté until golden brown.
3. Add the diced chicken breast to the pan and cook until fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Prepare the rice paper wrappers according to the package instructions. Soak the rice paper in water and place it on a flat surface.
5. Place lettuce leaves, cooked chicken, and drizzle the lime and honey apple cider vinegar mixture in the center of the rice paper.
6. Roll the rice paper tightly around the fillings and cut into desired sizes.
7. Serve the Betonamu no Maki with the dipping sauce.
