Ingredients:

- 4 slices of whole grain bread
- 200 g cream cheese (plain or herb-flavored)
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 4 lettuce leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Spread cream cheese evenly over the slices of bread.
2. Place a lettuce leaf on top of one slice of bread.
3. Add the avocado, tomato, and cucumber slices on top of the lettuce leaf.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Cover with another slice of bread and gently press together.
6. Cut the sandwich into four pieces and pack it into a lunchbox.
