A succulent and flavorful Kobe beef steak seasoned to perfection.

Ingredients:

- 300 g Kobe beef steak
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- Fresh rosemary
- 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions:

1. Take the Kobe beef steak out of the fridge and let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking.
2. Season the steak with salt and black pepper on both sides.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
4. Add the crushed garlic and fresh rosemary to the pan, and sauté briefly until the garlic is golden.
5. Place the Kobe beef steak in the skillet and cook to your desired doneness (about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium).
6. Add the butter to the pan while flipping the steak, using a spoon to baste the melted butter over the steak.
7. Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
8. Serve alongside sautéed vegetables or potatoes.
