A delicious Finnish fish dish with shrimp in a creamy sauce.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 500 g fresh fish (e.g., pike perch or whitefish)
- 200 g shrimp
- 1 dl cream
- 1 dl fish stock
- 1 lemon
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 dl fresh herbs (e.g., dill and parsley)
- 200 g potatoes
- 100 g green beans
Instructions:
1. Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, then drain.
2. In a pan, melt the butter and sauté chopped onions until translucent.
3. Add the fish and shrimp to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes.
4. Pour in the cream and fish stock, season with salt and pepper.
5. Squeeze the lemon juice into the mixture and let it simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
6. Stir in the cooked potatoes and green beans.
7. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
8. Serve the dish warm and enjoy!
