A delicious roasted pork dish perfect for special occasions Preparation Time: 2 hours
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 800 g pork tenderloin
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 100 ml white wine
- 200 ml chicken broth
- 1 tbsp honey
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Season the pork tenderloin with salt, black pepper, crushed garlic, and chopped rosemary.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the pork tenderloin until golden brown on all sides.
4. Transfer the pork to a baking dish and pour over the white wine, chicken broth, honey, and lemon juice.
5. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and roast in the oven for about 1.5 hours, until the meat is cooked through.
6. Let the pork rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with mashed potatoes or roasted vegetables.
