Ingredients

- For the Cake Base:
- 200 g sugar
- 150 g butter
- 3 eggs
- 200 g all-purpose flour
- 50 g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100 ml milk
- For the Dark Chocolate Ganache:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 100 ml heavy cream
- For the Vanilla Chocolate Whipped Cream:
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 50 g melted dark chocolate
- For Decoration:
- Fondant (various colors)
- Lollipop sticks for support

Instructions

1. Preparing the Cake Base:
- Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, cream together the sugar and butter. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Combine the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder) and add to the batter alternately with the milk.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake for about 25-30 minutes, until the cake is done. Allow to cool.
2. Making the Dark Chocolate Ganache:
- Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until it begins to boil.
- Remove from heat and add the chopped dark chocolate. Stir until completely melted and smooth. Let cool.
3. Making the Vanilla Chocolate Whipped Cream:
- In a bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla sugar until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in the melted chocolate.
4. Assembling the Cake:
- Slice the cooled cake in half and moisten the layers if desired.
- Spread a layer of dark chocolate ganache on the first half and top with vanilla chocolate whipped cream. Place the second layer on top.
- Cover the entire cake with the remaining dark chocolate ganache.
5. Decorating:
- Shape the fondant into a Rainbow Dash character and use lollipop sticks for support. Carefully place the character on top of the cake.
