A hearty and flavorful dish combining tender cabbage, seasoned minced chicken, and a hint of spice.

Serving size: 4
Ingredients:
- 1 chopped onion
- ½ head of cabbage, chopped
- 200 g Kariniemen minced chicken
- ½ red bell pepper, diced
- 30 g crumbled blue cheese (optional)
- 1 cm piece of red chili, chopped
- 2 tbsp Rajamäki Light Balsamic Dressing
- 25 g butter, some for frying
- Butter for frying
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Water for boiling the cabbage
Instructions:
1. Boil the chopped cabbage in salted water until tender. Drain the cabbage.
2. Heat some butter in a pan and add the chopped onion. Sauté until soft.
3. Add the minced chicken to the pan and brown it well.
4. Stir in the diced red bell pepper and chopped chili. Cook for a moment.
5. Add the drained cabbage to the pan and mix well.
6. Season the mixture with balsamic dressing, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
7. Serve the dish topped with crumbled blue cheese, if using.
