Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados

- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 4 tortillas
- 1 cup diced tomatoes

- 1/2 cup sour cream or yogurt
Instructions:
1. Peel and mash the avocados in a bowl. Stir in lime juice, salt, black pepper, and cilantro.
