A delightful French dessert featuring a custard-like batter filled with cherries.

Serving Size: 8 servings
Ingredients:
- 300 g cherries (fresh or frozen)
- 3 eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 100 ml milk
- 100 ml cream
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Grease a tart pan and place the cherries at the bottom.
3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar together until well combined.
4. Add the milk and cream to the mixture and stir until smooth.
5. Gradually mix in the flour and salt until the batter is uniform.
6. Pour the batter over the cherries in the tart pan.
7. Bake in the oven for about 40-45 minutes, or until the top is a beautiful golden brown.
8. Allow to cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
