Ingredients:

- 3 ripe peaches, sliced
- 3 eggs
- 1.5 cups sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 2.5 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Butter for greasing the baking dish
- Powdered sugar for serving

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Grease a baking dish with butter.
3. Place the sliced peaches in the dish.
4. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until fluffy.
5. Add the flour, vanilla sugar, milk, and salt. Mix until smooth.
6. Pour the batter over the peaches in the baking dish.
7. Bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes, until the top is beautifully golden brown.
8. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Dust with powdered sugar.
