A delicious French pancake that combines soft batter and sweet rhubarb. This recipe is a perfect summer treat that highlights the freshness of rhubarb.

Ingredients:
- 300 g rhubarb
- 300 ml milk
- 3 eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Butter for greasing the dish
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the rhubarb into 2-3 cm pieces.
2. Grease a baking dish with butter and spread the rhubarb pieces evenly at the bottom.
3. In a bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, sugar, flour, vanilla sugar, and salt until smooth.
4. Pour the batter over the rhubarb in the baking dish.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 30-35 minutes, until the top is golden brown and the batter is set.
6. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
