Serving Size: 6-8 servings
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs - 100 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 200 g yogurt
- 100 ml white wine
- 100 ml cream
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- A pinch of salt
- 300 g fresh raspberries
- Powdered sugar (for garnish)
- Whipped cream (for serving)
Instructions:
1. Whisk the eggs and sugar until frothy. 2. Gently fold in the vanilla sugar, yogurt, white wine, and cream.
3. Gradually mix in the flour and season the batter with a pinch of salt.
4. Place the raspberries in 12 shallow, oven-safe ramekins or one large baking dish.
5. Pour the batter over the raspberries.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius until the top is lightly browned and the batter is set in the center.
7. Allow to cool slightly, dust with powdered sugar, and serve with whipped cream.
