Ingredients:
- 6 boiled eggs- Lettuce
Fish Sauce:
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (100 g) low-salt herring fillet
- 2 tsp tarragon
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Peel the boiled eggs and cut them in half.2. Place the lettuce in a serving dish and arrange the egg halves on top.
3. Prepare the fish sauce by mixing together the sour cream, chopped herring fillet, tarragon, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
4. Pour the fish sauce over the eggs and lettuce.
