- ½ cup arugula (chopped)
- 6 cherry tomatoes (halved)
- ½–1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- Sea salt
- Black pepper

Instructions:
1. Crack the eggs into a small bowl and whisk until well combined.
2. Add cream to the eggs and mix thoroughly.
3. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
4. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and sprinkle a little salt on top.
5. Cook slowly, stirring gently, until the eggs are creamy and slightly runny.
6. Remove the pan from heat and stir in the arugula, tomatoes, and shredded cheese.
7. Transfer the scrambled eggs to a plate, sprinkle with black pepper and sea salt.
8. Garnish the dish with extra arugula and serve immediately.
