Ingredients:
- 2 cups romaine, red leaf, oak leaf, or butter lettuce
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups shredded cheese (12% fat)
- A drizzle of oil
- Toasted bread (amount to your liking)
Instructions:
1. Cut the toasted bread into cubes.
2. Finely chop a few cloves of garlic.
3. Drizzle oil into a pan and toast the bread cubes and chopped garlic until golden brown.
4. Boil the eggs until hard, then peel and chop them.
5. Rinse, drain, and slice the chosen lettuce.
6. Place the lettuce in a serving bowl or individual plates.
7. Top the lettuce with the toasted bread cubes and chopped eggs.
8. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the salad and serve immediately.
