Deliciously dark pancakes served with sugar, this recipe brings back childhood memories.

Serving Size: 4 servings

Ingredients:

- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 dl milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- Butter for frying
- Sugar for serving

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
2. Add the milk and eggs to the mixture. Stir until smooth.
3. Incorporate the melted butter and mix again.
4. Heat a frying pan and add a little butter.
5. Pour some batter onto the pan and cook the pancakes on both sides until they are dark golden brown.
6. Serve the pancakes warm with sugar on top.
