Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour - 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 3.5 tablespoons butter (melted)
- Fresh strawberries (for serving)
- Whipped cream (for serving)
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. 2. Break the eggs into the dry mixture and stir well.
3. Gradually add the milk while mixing until you have a smooth batter.
4. Pour the melted butter into the batter and mix until combined.
5. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little butter to grease the pan.
6. Pour some batter onto the pan, allowing it to spread into a round shape.
7. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until the edges are golden brown, then flip the pancake to cook the other side.
8. Continue cooking until both sides are nicely colored.
9. Serve the pancakes with fresh strawberries and whipped cream.
