A delicious and easy-to-make batter perfect for both sweet and savory fillings. Ideal for weekend treats or brunch.
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: 8 large pancakes or 32 small pancakes

Ingredients:

- 2 eggs
- 0.5 liters of milk
- 2.5 dl all-purpose flour
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 tbsp sugar
- 0.5 dl melted margarine
- Oil or butter for frying

Instructions:

1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them lightly.
2. Add the milk to the egg mixture and stir well.
3. Sift the flour, salt, and sugar into another bowl.
4. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and mix until the batter is smooth.
5. Stir in the melted margarine into the batter and mix again.
6. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little oil or butter.
7. Pour batter onto the pan to make pancakes of your desired size and cook until the surface is golden brown. Flip and cook the other side.
8. Repeat until all the batter is used.
