Ingredients:

- 300 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or fettuccine)
- 150 g bacon or pancetta
- 2 eggs
- 100 ml cream
- 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta, reserving a little cooking water.
2. Chop the bacon into small pieces and cook in a skillet until crispy. Remove from the pan and drain excess fat.
3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. You can add a bit of the reserved pasta water if the mixture is too thick.
4. Combine the cooked pasta, bacon, and egg mixture in the skillet. Stir quickly to ensure the eggs do not scramble but form a creamy sauce.
5. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
