Basic Pancake Batter

This basic pancake batter is easy and quick to prepare, perfect for various fillings or just to enjoy on its own. Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: About 8-10 pancakes
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons sugar - 1 liter milk
- 3 eggs
- 3-5 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 dl melted margarine, butter, or oil
Instructions
1. Whisk the eggs vigorously in a bowl. 2. Gradually add the flour to the eggs.
3. Pour in half of the milk and mix until smooth.
4. Season the batter with sugar and salt.
5. Stir in the remaining milk and mix until the batter is homogeneous.
6. Add the melted margarine or butter and mix once more.
7. Cook the pancakes on a hot skillet until they are golden brown on both sides.
