Ingredients for the pancake batter:

- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 dl milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Butter for frying

Toppings:

- Whipped cream
- Strawberry jam
- Vanilla ice cream
- Sliced banana
- Chocolate chips
- Maple syrup
- Fresh berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries)
- Honey
- Melted chocolate
- Apple and pear slices
- Sweetened sour cream
- Nutella
- Caramel or chocolate sauce
- Cloudberry jam

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix the flour, milk, eggs, sugar, and salt. Whisk the batter until smooth. Let the batter rest for about 30 minutes.
2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add butter.
3. Pour some batter onto the pan and cook until bubbles form on the surface. Flip the pancake and cook the other side until golden brown.
4. Repeat until all the batter is used.
5. Serve the pancakes warm with your choice of toppings and fillings.
