- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups milk
- 1 egg
- 3.5 ounces melted butter
- 3.5 ounces chocolate (dark or milk chocolate)
- Butter for frying
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together.
2. Add the milk and egg, and stir until the batter is smooth.
3. Pour in the melted butter and mix well.
4. Chop the chocolate into small pieces and fold it into the batter.
5. Heat a frying pan and add a little butter for frying.
6. Pour a portion of the batter onto the pan and cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set. Flip and cook the other side for another minute.
7. Continue until all pancakes are cooked.
8. Serve warm with your favorite toppings like berries or whipped cream.
