These delicious muffins are the perfect sweet snack or dessert. They are fluffy and packed with flavor, and you can customize them to your taste. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 20–25 muffins
Ingredients:
- 125 g margarine- 2 tsp baking powder
- 250 g all-purpose flour
- 100 g hazelnuts (or almond flour)
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 200 g sour cream
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).2. In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, hazelnuts).
3. In a separate bowl, cream the margarine and vanilla sugar together.
4. Add the eggs one at a time to the creamed mixture, mixing well after each addition.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients alternately with the sour cream, mixing until you have a smooth batter.
6. Chop the dark chocolate and fold it into the batter.
7. Spoon the batter into paper liners and bake in the middle of the oven for about 20 minutes, until the muffins are golden brown.
8. Let them cool slightly before serving.
