- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- (cocoa powder to taste)
- (1-2 tsp vanilla sugar or vanilla extract)
- (berries, chocolate, cinnamon, or other fillings to taste)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.
3. In another bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and baking powder (add cocoa powder if using).
4. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the egg-sugar mixture until well combined.
