Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 75 g melted butter or margarine
- 100 ml milk
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1½ tsp baking powder
- 200 g all-purpose flour
- 100 g sugar
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Line a muffin tray with paper liners.
2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy.
3. Add the melted butter or margarine and milk, mixing well.
4. Sift in the flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar. Stir until a smooth batter forms.
5. Divide the batter among the muffin liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
6. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown and cooked through.
7. Let cool for a moment before serving. Enjoy!
