Serving Size: 8-10 servings
Ingredients:
- 100 g butter
- 3/4 dl fruit sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2½ dl all-purpose flour
Filling:
- 2 dl sour cream
- (optional: berries or fruits for the filling)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
2. Melt the butter and mix it with the fruit sugar in a bowl.
3. Add the egg and mix well.
4. Combine the baking powder with the flour and add to the mixture. Stir until smooth.
5. Roll out the dough and press it into the bottom and sides of a pie dish.
6. Pre-bake the crust in the oven for about 10 minutes.
7. Prepare the filling by mixing the sour cream and optional berries or fruits.
8. Pour the filling over the pre-baked crust.
9. Bake the pie in the oven for an additional 20-25 minutes or until the filling is set.
10. Allow to cool before serving.
