Ingredients
- 100 g butter- 3/4 dl sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2½ dl all-purpose flour

Filling
- 2 dl sour cream- 1 dl sugar
- Juice and zest of 2 lemons
- 2 eggs
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).2. In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until fluffy.
3. Add the egg and mix well.
4. Combine the baking powder with the flour and add it to the mixture.
5. Knead the dough until smooth and press it into the bottom of a pie pan.
6. Bake the crust in the oven for about 15 minutes or until lightly golden.
7. Prepare the filling: In a bowl, mix together the sour cream, sugar, lemon juice and zest, and eggs.
8. Pour the filling over the pre-baked crust.
9. Bake the pie in the oven for an additional 25-30 minutes or until the filling is set.
10. Allow to cool before serving.
