A delicious seed bread that’s perfect for any meal. Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Serving Size: 8 slices
Ingredients:
- ½ dl shelled sunflower seeds
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ dl ground flaxseed
- ½ dl rye bran
- 3 tbsp Turkish yogurt
- ½ dl sparkling water
- ½ dl chopped cashews or sesame seeds
- 4 tbsp canola oil, coconut oil, or melted butter
- ¼ tsp salt
- 3 large eggs
- 2 dl grated cheese
- ½ dl coconut flour (or soy flour)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients: sunflower seeds, baking powder, ground flaxseed, rye bran, coconut flour, salt, and chopped cashews or sesame seeds.
3. Add the eggs, Turkish yogurt, sparkling water, and oil. Mix well until the batter is smooth.
4. Gently fold in the grated cheese.
5. Pour the batter into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
6. Bake in the oven for about 45-50 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and cooked through.
7. Allow the bread to cool before slicing. Enjoy!
