Delicious and quick skillet bread bites perfect for a snack or side dish. Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon soy flour - 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons almond flour
- Butter and coconut oil for frying
- 1 tablespoon coconut flour
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 4 tablespoons shredded cheese
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together until well combined. 2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a mix of butter and coconut oil.
3. Pour small amounts of the batter onto the skillet to form little bread bites.
4. Cook each side until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
5. Repeat until all the batter is used.
