Ingredients
- 1 low-carb seed bread (see recipe) - 10 slices of zero-carb mettwurst or salami, chopped
Instructions
1. Mix the ingredients for the seed bread, omitting any salt, as the mettwurst or salami already contains enough. 2. Add the chopped salami or mettwurst mixture to the dough and mix well.
3. Pour the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Bake the bread at 200°C (392°F) on the middle rack for about 16 minutes.
5. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and enjoy!
