- 2 eggs
- 1 dl chopped pickles
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 dl wheat bran (garlic powder)
- 1 dl soy flour
- 2.5 dl Greek yogurt
- 1 dl sautéed onions
- Pizza seasoning to taste
- Sliced bell peppers
- Chopped ham
- Grated cheese
- Chopped salami
- 2 tsp baking powder
- Low-carb salsa (optional)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix all the base ingredients together until you have a smooth dough.
2. Spread the dough evenly onto a baking paper-lined tray.
3. Top with your desired toppings like sautéed onions, bell pepper slices, ham, grated cheese, and salami.
4. Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 15-20 minutes, until the top is beautifully golden brown.
