Ingredients:
- 2 dl sunflower seeds - 2 dl pumpkin seeds
- 1 dl flaxseeds
- 1 dl chia seeds
- 2 dl water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup for a vegan version)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).2. In a large bowl, mix together all the seeds, salt, and olive oil.
3. Add the water and honey, stirring well. Let the dough sit for about 30 minutes to absorb the liquid.
4. Pour the dough into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper and smooth the top.
5. Bake in the oven for about 30-40 minutes, until the bread is golden brown and cooked through.
6. Allow to cool before slicing.
