A refreshing and delicious salad that combines fresh ingredients and flavors. An excellent side dish for grilled meats or a light meal. Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: 4
Ingredients:
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- Lemon pepper to taste
- 1 bunch fresh basil
- 1 bag iceberg lettuce
- 1 red onion
- Olive oil
- 2 packs mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
1. Tear the iceberg lettuce into a bowl.
2. Pluck the basil leaves and add them to the salad.
3. Chop the cucumber and red onion.
4. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
5. Add the mozzarella and all the chopped ingredients to the salad.
6. Drizzle olive oil on top and season with lemon pepper.
7. Mix well and serve immediately.
